A die fee (includes both dies/sides.) In order to make a challenge coin, two dies must first be created from your approved artwork. Our challenge coins are die struck, not die cast. The design (2-D or 3-D,) does not affect the pricing of the die fee or per coin price. Orders larger than 300 challenge coins will have a one time investment of $150.00* (for both dies/sides.) *up to 2 inches, coins larger than 2 inches will need to order 500 coins before the die fee drops to $150.00 Orders smaller than 300 coins, one time low investment: $210.00 for orders 50-299 @ 1.56 inches (40mm) $250.00 for orders 50-299 @ 1.75 inches (44mm) $280.00 for orders 50-299 @ 2 inches (51mm) Once the dies are made they are kept on hand for reorders.
